Surgical Menopause Changed Everything!
November 2019, I had a hysterectomy to remove my uterus that contained the fibroids that were causing me so much pain and bleeding.

Within an hour of my ovaries being removed, along with everything else, I had my first hot flash. This was the beginning of my 5+ year journey of surgical menopause!
